Again, the only way this can happen is if there's a second account with that other email address. Have you tried reaching out to our live support team about this? You can reach out to them via the article I've already shared, or you can follow the steps here to reach out to one of our advisors. It's entirely possible that you made a second account by accident; I've seen it happen plenty of times. They can help clear this up very quickly.
clearly you cant read i have tried and would not let me go to live support you saying this cant happen is a joke, I will inform the correct people regarding this and let them deal with you have had that you did this from the 9th, I will bve reaching out to a few people i know well and passing them the evidence of this, honestly your company is worse than sony and you have clearly seen what happens when thibng like this come out that you are trying to hide!!! your system is at fault no second account i have reconfirmed so ether your person that sent the email has made one i dont know about or your breaking the law which is it

I have clicked the link and does not take me to the option just the normal ones enjoy like i said I will now report this to the corrent places clearly you dont care about GDPR breaches! you sent my personal information to another email not connected on your system enjoy what happens also now reporting onto steam and google and apple as this breaches there t&c to sell or have apps on there platforms

I'm trying to help. There's a pretty direct link to our live support via the first link I sent, which I'll share again here, and they can take a look at this for you. There's also steps in that article about invoking your right to be forgotten if you're worried about your data and how we're using it.
I'm still not convinced that this what you think it is, and that you've just made a second account at some point, but in either case our live support team can help you. We're not really able to look into account issues here on the forums, but they can pull everything we need up on their system.
