Community ManagerI don't have any new details on this. If I find out there's a known issue, I'll relay that information. At this time, we're not aware of something that is causing this error for large amounts of players across all platforms.

Can you have them post in this thread? That will help bring attention to it. As far as not being able to reach chat goes, I'd recommend using Twitter (@EAHelp) or Facebook (facebook.com/eahelphub) to continue getting help with this.
