Error 721

I have opened all necessary ports, been on an hour long phone call with EA, as well as chats, called my internet service provider and consulted my friend who is a computer engineer. I’ve done all trouble shooting and am still getting the same error code 721.  Cannot connect to EA servers.  My computer engineer friend says it is at your end as we have exhausted all possible things at this end.  I haven’t been able to get on in weeks.  Yesterday I was notified there was a new download in the game.  I figured it  was a fix to this issue.  No luck.  Still get the error code.
