Error code 721

Ever since an update battlefront 2 beta will not connect to server. So it will not start I keep getting error code 721

    Unfortunately I have to inform you that the SW: Battlefront 2 Beta ended in Wednesday, October 11. This would be why you're getting the error code 721 since it fails to connect to the EA's servers since they aren't up anymore.

I have figured out how to solve the error simply change the ping

how did you do this? ive been trying everything with no success and I've really started to get frustrated. I'm on xbox one
