Try signing out and fully closing Origin.

Run the Origin shortcut as Admin.

Try reinstalling Origin overtop  (or uninstall first) of the current install.

This will not delete any game data or game installs.

If you have your installs in a non-default location you may need to re-map them in the settings.

Bottom one is the one that usually works for people in a similar game (PvZ).

Alright, finally some steps to try! It's kinda late here right now so will try when I get back from work tomorrow if I don't get it working or am able to try them all tonight!

Also new update so I hope that solves it.

I have tested your tips and unfortunately none of them worked. I can use Origin in Game in other games but not in Battlefront, even though I activated Origin in Game for All games.

The reinstall didn't work either or running as admin. I know I'm logged in aswell since my profile says Connecting.... and then I can see my profile picture and friends and such.

Do you have any more tips or tricks I could try?

Not only do I see this, but I can never find a game to join.  It finally ends up setting up a new game, and there I sit waiting for 29 other players to join.

I have the exact same problem!
What i did.
- Set TCP and UDP ports in both my router and firewall.

- Reinstall Origin.

Did not work. My birth date is correct and it is not a child account. So what is causing this *?
