I saw that discount information yesterday, too.
But I cannot find that today.
Maybe that is not yet available? 🤔
Yes, we need more information/help from EA people before Pre-Ordering that.

Could you try to power cycle your console, restore the licences and try again?
You're playing on PC, right? Could you try to launch the game now? The discount should be visible again 🙂

Yes, I did the game today. Unfortunately, I could not find that discount information.
(Yeah, I will do Pre-Order for sure but I just want to know what was that. :P)

We've informed the Studio about the inconsistency of showing the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order discount tile in the Battlefront's main menu. I will let you know if I will have more news about it to share 🙂

Ive done that but unfortunately the 10% off submenu isnt showing up anymore these last few times ive turned off and restored the licenses, no way yet to know if it worked. It was easier in Battlefront 1 when i preordered BFV, it had its own menu and it worked first time.

So i had the luck of the 10% showing up again but even after restarting and restoring licenses i click on it and still get the PS Store message "Not possible to select this content at the moment" @EA_Ataashi any news on the subject?

Hello, I would like to add that I am also having this issue on PS4 when trying to get the 10% discount on the pre-order for Jedi Fallen Order using the Battlefront 2 menus.
When selecting the prompt on the main menu the PS Store attempts to load an item but then shows an error message saying "This content cannot be selected at this time."
I am located in Canada. Jay Ingram, another EA community manager, said on twitter it might be unavailable in some regions. So I was wondering if it's possible to let us know which regions it's available in.

@Spencer-GG22 same problem yes, i remember seeing from one of the community managers that Canada was eligible for the discount but yes this whole thing is pretty confusing.
