Flying Controls Reversed

Started off with the X-Wing tutorial, the up\down flight controls are reversed.  When I push the stick up, the ship should dive down like on any real or virtual aircraft of spacecraft.  Can I remap the controls so they are correct?  This makes flying VERY difficult.
