Game breaking bug on kashyyyk

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Cannot blow up ship that crashed into you on the imperial walker. It is invincible. Music eventually stops and I'm left stuck shooting the ship. I have tried restarting mission with no luck. PLEASE HELP
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the mission on kashyyyk and advance to where you are blowing up the airport for the enemy
What happens when the bug occurs? I can still play but cannot advance. YouTube videos show that the ship is supposed to crash into your walker, but it stays in the air and doesn't even fire at you anymore
What do you expect to see? To get to actually advance in the game I paid $60 for

    I had this too just now on the Xbox. Imperial ship just hovers in the air. Restarted game twice but no luck 😕

    I would ask whether you blew up everything in the area like the idle TIE fighters on the pads and the armored vehicles and the few spots the stormtroopers run out of. Seems like the environment after that whole setpiece is really specific with destroyed things and such. So guessing maybe there are triggers in place that are fouling progress.

    Hey it turns out I didn't use my cannon with the LT button, was just using the laser on the RT button. One blast with the cannon at the floating ship triggered the cutscene.
