Game Freeze in Menu and when Loading Maps

Hi all, i dont know why when i'm at menu the game Freeze and the same when loading maps, i've look the cpu and i see that meanwhile im in the menu the cpu is saturated, cpu usage 100%, but when i'm in the game, during the match i've no issue, all works smoothly, but if there is a solution for these freeze would be nice.
