Game Freezes and Unresponsive at end of any match - PC - Post Outer Rim Patch

I have the exact same issue but I am on Xbox One. Game freezes at end of match at same place you described and kicks me back to the Xbox home screen. Have tired to uninstall all content and reinstalled but that didn't help. I also uninstalled the Out Rim DLC content and that hasn't helped either.

I'm in the UK and this happens after every game that I play online regardless of map or mode. It freezes in the exact same spot every time. I am rank 50 and it does seem to still save my stats/XP from each game.
