I answered you, you ignored that response.
Conflicts between the Origin Client and the Windows 10 upgrade may require the Client be uninstalled, and a new, fresh copy downloaded to install it clean.
This happens too me as well.I load the game but no words/writing apear when i open the main menu or anything alse this also affects me from playing the game let alone my volume on the game does'nt work even though my laptop is on full blast volume plz help

If, as too many people chose to do, you chose an in-place upgrade of Windows 10 on top of your existing Windows version, that has corrupted Origin, as this thread indicates. The fix is already covered by the FAQs in the forums.
I expanded my last answer to cover the fix as well.
I've tried doing it your way but it still doesn't work
