Game starts up, plays normally, but crashes on exit.

I suffer the same thing actually on a completely different system.

I'm not quite sure why yet and haven't looked that hard into it as it doesn't really affect the game in any way.

I have a theory it might be a overlay issue so you might want to try disabling Origin In Game in Origin or other overlay happy programs like Raptr, AMD Gaming Evolved, Geforce Experience etc.

Tried turning of GeForce Experience and Ingame Origin Overlay.

Problem still persists.
