Glitch fall through the floor Dathomir

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug As i walk forward i fall theough the ground and fall for over 30 sexonds before i die.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a video to submit on the phone since ps4 wouldnt record the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? I keep falling and then respawn in front of the glitch, cant go any further.
What do you expect to see? A fix.

    This is happening to me as well. Says latest patch is installed (PS4). Please fix this! I can't proceed!

    @dr0pkne3 I had this problem in dathomir as I entered the tomb, I then quit the game and reloaded my Xbox then it began working again

    I just bought the game and started playing and had this happen to me near the beginning of the game. I played for about 10 minutes and the game is unplayable. Already tried resetting the game and tried resetting my ps4. Neither did anything.
