Got stuck inside ISD bridge on pilot error just as flip went to Imperial side

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. 1. I was playing as New Republic, flying an X-Wing. 2. Morale was almost flipped to Empire side 3. Was strafing the ISD Shield Gens when i got killed crashing in front of the ISD bridge (pilot error) 4. Morale got flipped, and the kill cam showed up. 5. During the kill cam, the ISD moved forward (because of the flip), and that placed me (on the kill cam/after death cam) INSIDE the ISD bridge. 6. I was then stuck here. Could not skip, could not leave, the game did not go to the hanger menu and would not let me respawn.
