I've been playing SWS since launch. Of course in the beginning there were some issues as well, but with every update it got better. Since the game always went smoothly on Ultra settings, as soon as the framerate issues were fixed I tried to get everything more crisp and increased the VR Quality to around 160%. As I saw some slight projection issues or stutter, I decreased it to 110%. The last couple of days I start a game and after a short while it becomes a stuttering mess. I tried setting the monitor quality to low, Window mode to borderless and windowed and even set the graphics settings to default.

I really have no clue what happened here.

Thanks in advance!

  • @EA_Atic My issue is resolved now. I did apply 4.1 before playing this weekend. The only other change I had made and not tested was DX12 to 0 in the config file (I had previously set this to 1 and didn't have the GPU 100% issue) so I'm assuming something in the 4.1 update resolved this.

The resolution of fighters in VR still looks woeful - they are fine when playing on pancake monitor but the game feels much better in VR. I'm still hanging for an improvement to the resolution of other fighters in VR. I can't tell what I'm about to engage until danger is extremely close.
    Thank you.
