Thank you for your time on this. I don't have much EA games (not that I'm aware of anyway) except my lvl15 account in BattleFront 🙂
quite happy to let it all go and start from scratch if that would be the case.
you mentioned contacting EA advisor on your response. would you mind providing more information on how to get in touch with one? I tried but failed EA online help would not let me complete logging an incident report, instead they pointed me here.

What country are you located in? This is something you would have to talk via the phone for, and I can probably look up the number for you to directly call them.
