Hori Flightstick3 throttle won't bind/not showing device/no vibration feedback

What happens when the bug occurs? Try to map throttle and it isn't recognized. All other axis work. Even tried mapping it with a game pad and that didn't work. Also the controller isn't listed, and shows as a gamepad. Also, the vibration feedback isn't working.
What do you expect to see? Working throttle

Throttle won't map, controller not listed, vibration not working. Been using Joystick Gremlin as a workaround, but what if it breaks one day?
