I was able to fix it by disconnecting my throttle and binding it to my stick. After that I reconnected it and everything works perfectly.
@JongyHDI I am also experiencing this. In addition throttle is being detected as the X axis on my stick so the two are in conflict. If I map yaw to my X axis then I lose throttle, and vice-versa.

No DxDiag required. Unable to bind yaw axis right (default setup is incorrect but actually does allow the axis to work - incorrectly bound to roll)
