I pre ordered the limited edition of the game...got it home, popped it in the xbox and installed. Played for less then 20 minute and I realize the game blows chunks.

Well since you bought the physical copy, you will have to take it back to the store you got it from @Zero_Requlem.
Keep in mind they usually don't ever take back opened copies, and if its gamestop they will offer you not much as a trade in for a different game.

So, you are mad that you bought a game you didn't like? you can read the reviews and watch beta videos to determine if you want it or not, I bet if you got it from a store then you will only get about a third of the money back. Now, if you do not have access to the internet, then yes, the game stinks. But, why the hell would you spend 60 bucks or so to buy a game that you didn't do any research on.
Too bad. Most brick and mortar stores have a policy that states they will not take or refund the purchase price of PC software. They have no way to prove that you did not copy it or just kept the key.
No, you probably wont get your money back, if so, it will be a third or so what you paid for it, like what was said previously. But how come you don't like the game? xbox doesnt have half the cheaters the PC game has. Wish I could play a clean game but I have the PC version. You know, a refund isnt a bad idea, cause the PC version online play really blows chunks due to hax.
