I had been a while since I played the game, the last time was through geforce now, and now, after getting a new pc, I find out that my star wars Jedi: fallen order save is nowhere to be seen, as if I never opened the game, I would like to know how to get it back and to know if I can prevent this from happening ever again

Hello, I have checked, and while my steam cloud has been enabled ever since the feature was available, it seems that the cloud save is not there, despite having over 30 hours registered in the game and 20 achievements unlocked
EA Staff (Retired)If the Steam cloud does not have any saves for your, and you have played for several hours there may be a deeper issue happening to either not allow the cloud saves to upload to your Steam account or not allow the game to save.
When you last player, or when you play now, is the game itself able to save progress as expected?
