Not sure if this happened to anybody else, but I glitched on Ilum and on Zeffo. After restarting game, I still had the discovered secrets, but it was not showing that in the legend. same thing happened regarding map space explored; once I returned to those areas, my % did not go up.
Exactly same problem on Ilum, two secret, both find. But when I get back to game, only one is found. But if I walk to the areas with secret, there is no way to pick it up again.
