Ilum Light puzzle Wall glitch

Just exit game and restart your system. Worked for me

Summarize your bug As I got to the ilum cave where you must melt away the waterfall I was able to get through to the point where I have my crystal in the correct place and when I open the light it misses the center of the crystal and didn’t melt the waterfall. As I inspected it the light was actually going through the crystal as well
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have found no way around it as of yet and have not restarted the game three times
What happens when the bug occurs? The waterfall will simply not melt and the rope looks like it is simply to long
What do you expect to see? I hope for a quick fix and then balancing, and a working waterfall puzzle

The waterfall puzzle simply didn’t work even when I followed all the steps(I used YouTube and the internet to be sure) the crystal doesn’t alight properly with the light or the light simply isn’t behaving properly with my crystal 

Me too,  the videos show it hanging higher but my rope glitches through the connector instead of going on top of it.   Definitely annoying 

I’m having the same issues. The crystal is hanging to low and I can’t continue playing ☹️ I have reset my system and that didn’t fix the problem. How can they release a game to the public that is broken 

Worked for me also - quit game and hard restart.

I found a quick fix. When you start in this level change your resolution in the visual settings to 1080p instead of 4 k that fixed it for me

I have having the same issue. Has anyone Ben able to fix it. I tried restarting but that didn’t help
