We here on Answer HQ, most of us, who are stateside, have no information about Game Adviser availability anywhere -- especially off of North America, sorry. This is a player community website, not a business or a commercial site at all. We sell nothing here, we refund nothing here. Our regional Live Support on Help Centers here (America) offers maximum support five days a week, daytime Monday to Friday. This is just to give you a general understanding.
After 10PM, and all day Saturday / Sunday, our own regional Game Adviser numbers are minimum, so responses take two hours, sometimes longer. We Canucks & Yanks on here cannot choose Telephone Callback after 11PM Saturday evenings, through 8AM Monday. Anyone *is* allowed to change region after logging into Origin (you have to log in at Help Center), so you can contact *our* regional support, just limited to Live Chat, no telephone.
@Gorath_the_Elder Answers HQ is a forum. It's not tied to a specific country so it's not only for North America. The reason we can't tell people why Australia's customer support were closed is that Answers HQ is not direct customer support, we can't expect answers from EA staff 100% of the time. Most the CM's in here are actually located in Ireland 😉
Changing the country on the contact page is always good advice though 🙂
