    I have the same issue on Xbox. I have all the databank entires and secrets for the Imperial Dig Site but it is stuck at 91% for me. Now Zeffo is stuck at 99%.

    I believe it is bugged in my case because the corridor beyond the now inaccessible red door/force shield is showing as yellow and hence is unexplored. I can't access it though.

@CrazyBiscuit I have the same thing happening too, I managed to get myself to the climbing rails under the bridge that that area leads to but it's not possible to jump back up them ☹️
