What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I'd gone into the SSD to repair and rearm, on exiting the image was black but tactical over lay icons for targets remained. I couldn't view anything else though such as health, weapon status or anything I should shoot at. On one occassion on mission 10 I managed to fly back into the hanger using its icon as nothing was in the way of it seemingly but on re-exiting the issue remained. It also when I docked on one occasion offered me a full range of ships to pick from when the mission should be limited to a bomber. The first time it happened in mission 9 I'd chnaged fighters from a reaper tointerceptor so stopped trying to change for an advantage like that but it has continue to occur even when not changing fighter or as in mission 10 when there is (supposed to be) no option to change

Hi there,

Thank you for making a new topic. It helps us get a good overview of players still impacted after we "fixed" this in a recent patch.

From reading your dxdiag, there's a few things that stand out that:

• You meet the minimum requirement, but your on the lower end of that mark. Lowering your in-game graphical settings may help - have you tried that?
• There is a new GPU driver available for your card. While your drivers aren't "old, or necessarily outdated", it might help.
• Your SSD has >1GB of space available. If the game is installed on this disk, have you tried creating more space?

Hopefully these tips help. We haven't come across high volume of new reports on this issue, so currently it seems like we might be able to solve this for you with some tech troubleshooting.

Same here. Too bad you are forced to dock in mission 10 so I can't proceed in the game.

@Edogreg80dock, exit the hanger wait for about 20 seconds maybe fly towards the red dots, I flew at them till something blew me up but I think you could after 20 seconds press for the options screen. Then restart from the check point which will start you after you exit the hanger but not having exited the hanger you can actually see. Robs you of being able to get the no deaths award but aleast gets you on to the next bug that breaks the game for you.

@Straatford87can you atleast say you have read this are aware and then even though it's still broken mark it as solved so people can find it easier because your forum is almost as broken as this game is?

Mission gets repeatedly stuck on loadign screen after the cutscene where you exit hyperspace over Mon Cala

What happens when the bug occurs? i`m playing, flying towards the Sylver Coronet to destroy it and the game freezes, does not react to controller when reastart the game , i fly to the stardestroyer and board to repair this works fine. after this i continue to destroy Sylver Coronet and the game freezes again. if i do not attack this ship it takes a lot longer before the game freezes but the game stopt and i have to restart, all buttons on my controller stop working ( exept the ps )
What do you expect to see? the game continues... and not freezes.

Step by Step detail is helpful. when entering star destroyer hangar mid mission i and select ship i get either black screen and nothing happens, i hear sound but that is all, or game cashes completely. if i do destroy the shield gill thingies and progress the mission gets stuck in a never ending dogfight around the star destroyer. it was fun, for the first 30 mins anyway lol

What do you expect to see? rejoin the mission after selecting ship and then complete the mission as i have seen in several video walkthroughs

i read another thread re mission 9 and black screen, but this was when commencing the mission from the hangar, not mid mission as happens to me. 

i restarted the mission. still same black screen when trying to leave the Overseers hanger during the final battle of the mission. however this time the mission did complete after destroying the Silver Coronet which previously commenced a never ending dogfight. the targeting would not function correctly during this bogus dogfight either if that means anything. i also noted it seemed impossible to destroy the shield generators with the interceptor despite at least 15 strafing runs. the Tie fighter took around 6 each with missiles. the video i saw took only one run at each gill with Tie Fighter. not sure if it was on lower difficulty, i was on Pilot level.
