It feels like it's bricking my console

Summarize your bug It seems since I started playing this game, while it worked for awhile, it began severely glitching and then proceeded to make my console unable to be turned off or turned on. I've tried everything I can to fix it, but only after uninstalling the game did it start working normally again.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It may be a problem with the recent update on xbox one.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game begins to stop saying words, the world stops loading, and then I become unable to pause the screen and the screen goes black.
What do you expect to see? Glitches with the world, voice acting, black screen and them a complete inability to shut your console off without unplugging it. And then being unable to turn it on again.
