@RookWoodek, like I said earlier; when you start the EA app, even when you have performed a cleanboot, the background services should start automatically as well since it is part of the EA app.
I have the feeling that something on your computer, I do not know what, is causing the EA app (and therefore also the game) to not work correctly. You can try to perform some additional troubleshooting steps, it's possible that you've done some of these already:
- Boot into Windows normally
- Close everything related to EA, EA Play, the game, Xbox etc.
- Manually remove the game and the EA app from your PC via the Control center/PC settings
- Reset the Xbox app:

- Download/install the EA Desktop again:
https://www.ea.com/ea-app-beta- Sign in with your EA account that is connected to your Xbox account
- Start up the Xbox app on your PC & sign in with your Xbox account that is connected to your EA account
- From the Xbox app, search for the game & download / install (it probably opens up the EA app again)
- See if you can start the game normally
