Jedi fallen order glicting xbox one

Game is barely playable, spent good money on this game. Ea you have dropped the ball. I have played your games since your inception. Glitches are every where, audio, video, game play almost every aspect of this game is poor. Holo table takes 5 min just to select a planet. Then games crashes when you start mission. 

Also missing ladders , audio  does not match video.

? Would a digital copy work better????
