Thank you for replying back so quickly. I just talked to Sony and I can’t access my content since i pre order it and got a voucher code. Is there anything you guys can do like give me a new voucher code or anything else for ps5 version so I can access it any help would be greatly appreciated.
HI @jeebz02 Thanks for the update, We won't have codes to give away (either here on the forums or through our support). If the issue is the voucher code you used for the game may I ask where it was purchased from?
If you got the game through a store online or in person we might be able to speak with them...

Thanks for the quick reply. I got it from GameStop. Also thank you for taking time to help me. Hopefully GameStop as some extra vouchers codes?

Hey @jeebz02 Since the game was purchased with GameStop, I would recommend returning to the store you purchased Jedi FO from and seeing if they can offer assistance with this.

I actually found out why I didn’t get my content when my game got it free update instead of giving me the deluxe edition it gave me the standard edition. I’m trying to get this fix but I was curious once I get the correct edition I should be able to access my content?
