Hi @LordDavila
Can we give the following a steps a try and check if either issue continues?
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
Hi @EA_Illium,
Thank you for your reply. I have followed the steps below and I believe I am getting less stuttering. Thank you.
But regardless of what I do, I cannot get Fallen Order to recognise my PS5 controller as a PS5 controller, the best I have managed is to use Steam Input to have my PS5 controller be recognised as an Xbox controller.
I have searched on Steam forums and reddit and it looks like a lot of people are having the same issue, indicating a widespread problem.
Could you please let me know where Jedi Fallen Order does support PS5 controllers and how to get this to work?
Kinds regards and thank you for your support so far,
Heitor.

Hey @LordDavila
Have you tried the work around other forum members mentioned here?

I would prefer not to install a 3rd party mod to my PC from an unknown company to fix an issue that should not be an issue to begin with. Steam advertises the game to work natively with my PS5 controller, so it should just work without needing mods.
If there is no possible solution, could you please raise this issue so it can actually be fixed?
Kind regards and thanks for your help so far,
Heitor

Hey @LordDavila
No worries, aside from that method or using Steam controller settings I don't believe Fallen Order has native PS5 controller support so we would run into issues having your inputs work as expected.
Is that the only controller we have to try?
