Jedi Fallen Order Will not Launch

Jedi Fallen Order will not launch.
Neither from Steam, nor from Origin.
With Steam it opens the Origin Light and then nothing, Task Manager shows it running, but the window never actually opens. Or rather for about half a second it shows a second Origin window, but it closes before I can even see what it says. Doesn't open game though.
Also had messages about cloud saves not being synced, despite never having started a playthorugh as I can't even get to the first Load screen for the main menu.
Disabled cloud saves, now no messages, just won't launch.
With Origin doesn't even show up on Task Manager. Play Button pressed, it goes greyed out, but then nothing happens.
I have added it to exemptions, used the don't optimise fullscreen thing, launched as administrator and disabled antivirus. Nothing works.
Tried the repair thing multiple times, keeps downloading 500 mb or 3 gb with warnings about directx (which is already installed) having an install error if anti-virus is running, done same repair with antivirus off to avoid that. Tried offline and Online launching.  Game will not launch.
