Kashyyyk - BD-1 Unable to scan for databank

Summarize your bug I am trying to scan for archive five #1 for Cordova's journey and I have no option to scan where I need to. BD-1 also never gets off of Cal's back to attempt to scan no matter how long I wait there.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can potentially find this bug while climbing up the origin tree on Kashyyyk to the spot where the scan for archive five #1 is located.
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to scan for data never shows up and BD-1 never attempts to jump off of Cal's back to find the scan-able area.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to see a place for me to scan for data as I know that this is the location for it to occur.
I have also noticed that when I am in the small area where the scan should occur and I have my lightsaber out, I am unable to put it away. This is the only spot in the entire game where this happens to me so I'm not sure if there is something going on with the character that shouldn't which might be causing BD-1 to never attempt to scan. This is also the very last thing I need to scan in the game and it's very frustrating to not be able to. I have tried restarting the game multiple times as well as verifying the files to see anything was wrong and nothing seemed to help.
