KASHYYYK CAN'T EXIT PROBLEM WITH ROPE

Summarize your bug I want to go back to my plane on Kashyyyk i already defeteat the boss and flying with big Birds and i cant rolling on the rope back for my plane, I watched the way on the youtube and this was it and dont show unexplored way on the map
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The map its not show the way where can i go and didn't catch the rope maybe i tried 50 times and not catched...
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't continue the game and i can't play anymore and I bought the game and i can't play becouse of this bug
What do you expect to see? Just i want to finish my mission and go out from this planet and go anotherone and continue the game, thats all
