I teckon they should a red kyber crystal not for any reason but aesthetic as they have a lot of other colours so why not the iconic red

For the game jedi fallen order i think you should add more colours to the lightsaber, like white(cyan is kinda blue), black and red. i know red is a sith colour but it would been supercool.
