If you are an EA Access (Xbox One, PlayStation 4) or Origin Access subscriber then these exclusive cosmetics automatically unlock for you in-game. You don't have to do anything extra!
And if I am not a subscriber but also bought pre ordered the game how to I access the cosmetics?

Any non-lightsaber skins are found via Pause -> Customization.
Lightsaber skins are found at workbenches throughout the world. You'll also find one on the Mantis.
