Hi I preordered Star Wars Jedi fallen order (deluxe edition) and I don’t have the orange lightsaber. Is there something I need to do to get it?
I'm also having this problem - I preordered PC standard from in-store (Australia, JB Hi Fi), and purchased the deluxe upgrade from Origin. The red skins from Deluxe have come through fine, but I cant find anything else. Thanks for any help!
Mines pre ordered from EB Games Australia for Xbox one console. Hopefully there’s a way of fixing this issue. I might try to go in to eb games tomorrow but I doubt they will be any help. Thanks for your replies
Same issue, missing both campaign hilts, the orange saber and Bee-D 1/mantis gold skins. PS4 Deluxe edition preorder from EB Games, NZ.
Exactly the same problem. Got the two red skins for BD-1 & the mantis, but that’s all. No hilts, orange blade etc.

I just want to be clear on where you find these items:
- BD-1 & Mantis Skins – You need to go to “customization” menu in-game.
Lightsaber customization – You need to find workbenches in-game, they are scatter around the worlds.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

@EA_Atic i have been in the workbenches in-game but cant find the pre-order bonuses anywhere (not in customization menu or workbench) however, i bought this game via and it does say that it is the pre order version of the key, but they sent me a picture of the key, so is there a seperate pre order key?
