I preordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi fallen order and only have some of the bonuses. I didn’t get the orange lightsaber. Is there something I have to do to get it? The code I have only mentions crimson bd-1 cosmetic skin, crimson mantis cosmetic skin, digital art book and directors cut.

I pre ordered online from GameStop.com I have no pre order code for the content, just the code in the box for the deluxe content, nothing in the receipt emailed to me, and it even says preorderd.

I pre-ordered the deluxe version of the game at my local retailer, and I have all the content(behind the scene videos, the artbook, the ship and bd-1 colors etc) but I am missing the orange kyber crystal and the 2 bonus hilts. They do not show up at a workbench. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I received my physical copy today of Fallen Order from Amazon, with no pre order code in it. No receipt, no email from them with a code. When I contacted their support to me they did not/will not be issuing any codes. What's going on? Any help would be appreciated.
