I preordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi fallen order and only have some of the bonuses. I didn’t get the orange lightsaber. Is there something I have to do to get it? The code I have only mentions crimson bd-1 cosmetic skin, crimson mantis cosmetic skin, digital art book and directors cut.
Same problem - my game only came with one code (the code to redeem the game). I have been to the workbenches and none of the preorder bonuses are showing. Was especially excited for the orange blade, so hopefully can get this fixed!

I have ave been able to download the “extras” and mods for BD and the Mantis. I’d used the code that came in the game box.
Please let let us know how to get the saber related items. We keep on seeing the explanations, like use the workbench, etc.
it seems like no one believes those of us who are having the saber issue.

I preloaded STAR WARS™ Jedi: Fallen Order™ for PC on 14 June 2019 and got my code 12 november but I didn't get the
orange saber crystal, nor the bonus hilts. I’ve checked the workbench and only blue and green are available, so I upgraded to the Deluxe edition through Origin extra content but I just got the: Cosmetic skin for BD-1 , Cosmetic skin for the Stinger Mantis , Digital Art Book , and the “Director’s Cut” behind-the-scenes videos, featuring over 90 minutes of footage from the making of the game there is no Orange Lightsaber Blade Color nor the cosmetic Lightsaber customization sets.
I just went back to eb games where I bought it from and they said there should be a code on their system that they can print out to give to us but the code isn’t in their system yet. I will be contacting eb games head office to confirm this. I don’t understand why the code slip wasn’t in the game case like the other pre order bonus! While they were serving me another person came to pick their pre ordered copy up. They opened their case while still at the counter and they have no code either
Upon reaching the point where you can customize your lightsaber, I discovered my pre order bonuses weren’t showing up. I preordered the deluxe version of the game over a month ago on Amazon. I’m loving the game so far, but I’m disappointed that I can’t access the preorder bonus. Is there something I’m missing?
I'm having the same problem. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition for PS4 from Amazon and I only have the Crimson BD-1 skin, Crimson Mantis skin, Digital art book, and Director’s Cut behind the scenes videos. And yes, I'm at the workbench. Basically, I think people that pre-ordered Deluxe Edition are mistakenly getting "Deluxe Edition Without Preorder" boxes that only come with one code. Pre-orders are supposed to get two codes. This is total bs.
