Missing Databank Encrypted Log "Sage, Vault, and Tomb" Bug

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug So I have acquired every trophy except for the trophy called “find all of BD-1’s encrypted logs”. However, I have completed all of them. In my databank, the only missing entry is Archive 1, number 2, called "Sage,Vault, and Tomb" which is on Bogano in the abandoned workshop. I have already interacted with this log, but for some reason it never went into my data bank and no matter how many times I save or travel and go back, I cannot interact with it again. I would appreciate if this was fixed soon.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, that’s the issue
What do you expect to see? The log entered correctly in my data bank

Hey all, I have a couple of theories about this bug so I've got a couple of clarifying questions to help me figure this one out, if you wouldn't mind.
- Are any of you playing on PC? It would be great to take a look at your savegame file, if so. You can direct message me here with info.
- When you return to the area that the scan is in, have you cleared the 2 bograt enemies back in the central room adjoining this room? Any enemies on you in combat state will prevent scanning.
- There is a trigger volume in the middle of this room that should enable the scan when conditions are met. You need to walk all the way into the center of this room:
- In the game start you're in when you're trying to get to the scan, have you already gone to the Vault and unlocked Zeffo? This scan is not available until after you've gone to the vault -- so on a new game, you'd have to do that before trying to get it.

Hey, EA. You just released an update today and clearly did not fix this issue, I’m rather agitated by this because I have waited patiently and this problem is clearly not happening to just me. I have been (wrongly) 1 data scan away from my platinum trophy for almost a month now, and would love to see this fixed ASAP.

I have exactly the same issue - the log was definitely scanned, but just didn’t register, and now I can’t get the platinum trophy without another play through (where it might happen again anyway!). Can this be fixed in the next patch please? There’s nothing in 1.06 for PS4

Solved it! I’m not sure what was stopping it specifically for me - just tried again at end game (so bograts weren’t an issue...) and it popped up when I stepped in the centre of the room behind the fan.
Just to clarify, I’m on PS4 and I’d long cleared Zeffo when this was frustrating me.

Hello,
Any more ideas how to resolve this problem or do I have to wait for another patch? (is addressing this "bug" even considered by the team?)
I'm playing the PS4 version (1.06), post-game. I was running and jumping in the center of the room like a madman, but to no avail, there was no scan prompt.

I don't really understand what you mean. Is the niche with the table the adjoining room? And the main area/room is a place with three windmills on the floor? I didn't find any bograts anywhere.

@0f339d5d47ae3dab Sounds like you might potentially be looking in the wrong place? The scan is in the room where you originally repaired BD-1’s foot in a cutscene after he fought the bograt in the room next to it. There should generally be 2 new bograts in the room next to it whenever you enter this area on a fresh load from save.

Have you managed to complete this?

I am in the same position I have 100% completed the game and all planets and all trophies but only trophy I need to collect my platinum is this one. I am only missing this one but I had already collected it in the game but it’s not recognised it. Even tho the wall is showing the blue dots to say I’ve already collected. It’s infuriating as I want my platinum but I do not want to have to replay the whole game again just to collect this databank. Is there any fixes etc? Or patch updates?

I want to clarify that the room you should be looking in is in HERMIT’S ABODE and not in the abandoned workshop. Hope this helps anyone else who was following instructions only to be mislead.
