Need to unlink my cousin's email from my Xbox Account

My cousin made an EA account on my xbox with EA access under my gamertag and I just realized it today when my Battlefront stats didn't show up on the companion.

I need to unlink his email from my account and the phone support hasn't helped. I have no way of contacting him and they all keep saying I need to have his consent to remove his email off of my account.

One more question, if I unlink his email from my xbox account, will it reset all of my battlefront stuff. Because like I said, after playing a ton of time in BF and just now realizing his account is linked to mine, I will be very upset if my stats are reset.

PS: Can you guys get a live chat, because the phone support is pretty bad. :P

    • Please note: moving a console ID will cause you to lose your game status and progress, items purchased and/or earned in your games, content that you have associated with one or both accounts, and access to certain online services for games. Your EA Advisor can tell you what you will lose based on your account information.

To clarify and to solve your problem , you need to create an incident using theTalk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.

    Select Origin from the list.
Select a topic for the best results.
Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor.
