I agree with transferring your upgrade points you earned from the last game to new game plus but abilities cant and wont be transferred that will defeat the purpose of the story.This isn't the force unleashed or God Of War they are tryna make this like a Obi Wan journey except it's our lovable hero padawan Cal Kestis.They will come around but confusions will lead to incompletions and we dont need another one of those.
its not very jedi to fight in an arena though, and when they want to keep a low profile, its not great for avoiding those hunting cal and his friends either. an invincible competitor in the arena is bound to become famous. but... after game completion, i would REALLY have loved to go back and clear out that gangster and destroy that place,
