No credits counted

@F1STER01 How many credits do you have in the game? I can see 4802 on this end, does that match what you have? 

As mentioned previously, the zero credit post-match screen should be misleading but you should still be getting the credits.

I see 4802 credits in my account too, but no more credits are added since Outer Rim Update. I can play what I want and no credits will be added in this total credit amaount in the summary... .

If you look in my account you can see that I played hours in the last week but no credit were booked (added) there... . Its not only the "the display bug" directly after match.

I hope you can fix that

Single player earned credits will be booked, but no multi player (played one match 10 minutes ago)

Ok credits will be counted in the summary now. I did a single player game and I changed the prefered location.

He guys, i am new here... I see a lot of people with the problem of not getting credits or being able to reach a higher level. Is there a solution already? I am experiencing this for two weeks now. I can't find a way to ask this question directly to EA?

My console is a XBOX one.

@sandit247 Hey, the credits should be granted anyway, it's just that the end of match screen won't reflect that they were earned.

As for the XP, it appears that this is being tracked/updated on the back end, but it's not going through to players due to the glitch. I think/hope those affected will get the XP when this is patched. 

I am asking this for my son BTW so i am not really in to the matter. But the bottom line is no points will be lost and there is a glitch that will be fixed anytime soon?

That's how things should go, yep.

I can't 100% guarantee this until after the update comes, but it should be retaining progress, yes.
