Not So Fast achievement doesn't unlock despite meeting its condition

Update: I've unlocked it.

You have to keep the button for Empowered Slow pressed for a couple of seconds until Cal adopts some sort of T position (you'll understand when you'll see it). It allows him to execute the enemy in a way which meets the conditions of the achievement.
