So, i read that the new driver 359.06 is out. Im playing on 356 because i always got the direct X support error with newest drivers. Battlefront was unplayable. Anyone know if issues with 860m, had been fixed?
I read on Nvidia Forums that they already identified the issue, but did not make it to this release.

nVIDIA's promises are seldom something to mark down on a calendar and expect them to fulfill them at all quickly. Optimus problems have a long history of being ignored. As best as I can be certain, there have been crippled GPUs sold under that name for at least five years, and they have been failing in games ever since.
nVIDIA removed the front ends, leaving the switching up to software, which simply doesn't work with game-intended systems!
There's supposed to be something still newer. Did they do as they promised?

What are you talking about? Where in the system requirements do you see that the 860m is supported?
Oh .. you don’t see that. Right .. it is because it is not supported. Get a real gamming gpu.
EA had no intention of excluding any particular product in the "n60" series when their Minimums and Recommended GPUs were chosen. They did their testing with desktop hardware because they wouldn't torture any employees with the terrible keyboards that laptops have, so they never experienced any Optimus difficulties, nor any more specific problems related to the GTX 860m cards for mobile PCs.
