I wrote an email to technical support on this page https://help.ea.com/en/games/star-wars/star-wars-battlefront/ There is a Contact us link at the bottom of the page. So far I've only received a response from a robot, but it seems like if you reply to a message it will be forwarded to tech support.

I as well have had the same problem just switched from PlayStation and I’m back on my Xbox series X and battlefront 1 just says connecting but never loads and battlefront two works just fine
