Ongoing SWBF (2015) Server Issues On Xbox Since Half Sept., 2025

I placed a ticket because I can't even play split screen with my son using our xbox one.  The response I received is that it cant be fixed (screen shot attached). This is unbelievable 

I tried again tonight, and it is still not connecting. Seems like I can connect once a week, and that is it.

The problems have been going on for 4 weeks now and not a single official company representative has responded to any messages. Meanwhile, I've discovered a pattern. For the past four weeks, I've been unable to connect to game on my Xbox Series X. Meanwhile, my old Xbox One was working quite reliably. Even if the game did not connect, after one or two reboots the connection still occurred. However, due to the fact that people cannot log into the game, the servers are practically empty. EA, we are still waiting for help!

I was able to get on last night and played. I will see how it goes tonight.

EA_Kent​EA_Kat​EA_Edu​EA_KQB​ Please help us on this issue. Battlefront 2015 is non-functional on Xbox series x, nobody can connect to multiplayer and everything but the tutorial requires connection. Been like this for weeks now. Desperately need assistance. 

EA_Kent​ EA_Leeuw​  Your customers all over the world are frustrated by our inability to connect with the EA servers to play Star Wars Battlefront 2015. 

When this happened two years ago, you guys helped correct it. Can you help put thousands of your users back online today?! many thanks for your help!

Me too i can't connect to SW Battlefront 2015 on my Xbox One. I'M from Canada and it's the same problem! Please Help us!!!!!

EA_Kent​ Can you help? A lot of us are growing frustrated by this problem. 

EA are you going to fix this problem? What is going on? give us some answers.
