Option to add or switch off movie accurate telemetry sounds for TIE's.
I hink Star Wars Squadrons is missing a very important and movie accurate targeting computer sounds. It should be a good idea to add movie accurate tones when your crosshairs are within range or over the target square. This videos show movie accurate telemetry sounds for the TIE targeting computers:
Both telemetry sounds should be playing in the cockpit to let pilots know when you are in range. Usually below 1000m is the correct range, but no tones are provided so leading shots can be detrimental based on the TIE model the player is using. Tones are very important and the game should give players an option to add or silence cockpit interface tones.
Off topic addition to have movie accurate TIE is by adding mechanics that allow players to remove or shift DDI's (Digital Display Indicators) from place to place. Movie accurate TIE's have DDI's above the overhead, not beside the targeting computer. The current flight controls are accurate, but the targeting computer doesn't rotate with the controls which it should. Again, adding an options to change these settings will make the game more immersive and movie accurate...Here's a representation of proper TIE flight controls:
