[PC] Black screen issue information hunt

If you are encountering black screen issues or are not able to pass the start screen because of a freeze or a similar technical problem, please provide us further details about your system and system specifications. This will help our team to investigate the issue as well as to gather important data to improve the game.

Please check if one of the following workarounds helps you to solve the Black Screen issue: 

• Please check if the minimum system specs apply to your system.
• Re-install Origin. We got several confirmations that this can fix the black screen issue.
• Update your videocard driver to the latest release version.
• Laptop users: force GPU in nvidia/amd settings via creating a custom profile for SW:Battlefront in your driver suite. 
• Try to disable your SLI/Crossfire function of your dual GPU setup.

Following steps from @EA_Axmainian explains how to post your DXDIAG via pastebin:

1. Hold down the Windows key and press R on your keyboard.
2. In the Run box that appears type "dxdiag"without the quotes and press OK.
3. If you get a box asking to check if your drivers are digitally signed choose Yes.
4. In the new window that appears, give it a few seconds to complete it's processing then click Save All Information in the bottom right.
5. Save the text file somewhere easily accessible, I'd recommend your desktop!
6. Double click the text file to open it, press CTRL - A to select all of the text then CTRL + C to copy.
7. Go to http://pastebin.com, and use CTRL + V to paste the data into the webpage and click submit 
8. Copy the link and paste it here! =D
