Some troubleshooting:
- Right click the game in Origin and then Repair
- Reinstall or update your video drivers
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Hi there,
I have right click and repaired. I have done a clean install of the latest nvidia drivers, after updating to latest nov 22 build did nothing.
I have done a clean boot, no good.
I have run a system file checker, no good. I have also installed the game on a new drive, on my Windows 10 image, no go.
No worries I will get the DXdiag info and post it tonight. The recent update has actually made things worse, the reset now occurs sooner in the cinematic.
Thanks for getting back to me, sorry it's taken me so long, I've been quite busy.
