PlayStation and EA account won’t link

So I’ve been trying off and on for months to get my EA account to link with my PlayStation 4. ive made multiple accounts, live chatted, and emailed. Nothing has worked. ive tried logging in with my...

@EA_Blueberry  That's exactly what doesn't work. I type in my Microsoft accout's passw and username and then I still cannot log into EA. The little window in which I typed my MS pw and username simply disappears and nothing happens.  When I log in w/ my EA username and pw then I can see that my MS account is not linked.
